Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup water (add slowly, stop once obtain desired consistency)

Instructions:

1. Add the coconut and the dates to a food processor and process.  Add water in slowly until you achieve a slightly sticky consistency.

2. Use a tablespoon to portion and roll into bite size balls.

3. Store in refrigerator.  Enjoy.
