Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup water (add slowly)
Instructions:
1. Add the coconut and the dates to a food processor and process. Add water in slowly until you achieve a slightly sticky consistency.
2. Use a tablespoon to portion and roll into bite size balls.
3. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy
