Ingredients:

  • one large carrot, shredded lengthwise ideally (to increase surface area)
  • 1/2-1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 -1 tsp apple cider vinegar (without additives)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste (optional)

Instructions:

1. Peel carrots lengthwise preferably.

2. Add all other ingredients, mix and enjoy.

Variations:

Sweet version: Add berries, raisins, apples and/or banana with lemon juice for freshness.

Meal version: Add 1-2 boiled eggs, feta cheese, tomatoes cucumbers and bell peppers.
