Mag Cal Formula 2 provides aspartic acid chelated magnesium and calcium in a 2:1 ratio, specifically formulated to assist with efficient muscle contraction and relaxation. - Magnesium (magnesium oxide/ aspartate) 400 mg

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
