Recommended Dose: For IBS relief: Adults and Adolescents (over 11 years); For all other uses: Adults, Adolescents and Children (3 years and older): In a glass, add water or milk to one sachet of HMF Intensive 500 and mix. Take once daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
