Greek Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 oz chicken
- ½ cucumber sliced
- 1 Roma tomato sliced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 oz feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1-2 Tbsp black olives, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Greek seasoning
Instructions:
1. Chop ingredients into bite size pieces.
2. Mix together and enjoy!
Makes one serving.
