Greek Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz chicken
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 1 Roma tomato sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 oz feta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1-2 Tbsp black olives, 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp Greek seasoning

Instructions:

1. Chop ingredients into bite size pieces.

2. Mix together and enjoy!

Makes one serving.
