Cheese Chips

Ingredients:
 
For best flavour and quality, use quality cheese with the fewest additives and preservatives.
 
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated, ideally, not pre-grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, ideally not pre-grated

Instructions: 

 

1. Grate cheese.
2. Toss together.
3. Place little piles on a foil or parchment lined tray and space out giving room to spread.
4. Cook for 10 mins* on 200C ( 390F.)
5. Ensure they brown a little.
6. Pull out of oven and allow to cool before you pull them off the foil.
 
Makes 12 chips.

* At 10 minute mark, watch carefully and make sure they are the right level of ‘just browned enough.’ Leave in a few minutes longer if necessary.

The flavour of these is intense and rich.  It is real food made from real ingredients, so a few go a long way in satisfying any food craving.
