Ingredients

1½ cups low-fat milk

¼ cup white sugar

3 tbsp gelatin powder – I like Great Lakes Beef Gelatin

2 tbsp cocoa powder

½ tsp peppermint extract (optional – can use orange, or vanilla if prefer)

Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Bloom gelatin in 1/4 cup cold milk.
2. Heat remaining milk with sugar and cocoa until dissolved.
3. Remove from heat. Whisk in gelatin and peppermint/vanilla extract.
4. Pour into lined dish.
5. Chill 2–3 hours, slice into squares.
